A few bloggers have asked if all is well here, as a month has rolled past and i have seemed to slip from blogland.
yes, we are fine (tired!) ....basically i have had no time to download images and blog. occasionally i will get the chance to catch a glimpse at anothers blog but really it has never been longer than a few minutes on the computer.
Reason is.... our little man doesn't like to sleep in the day, which = overtired baby!
However I have had a chance to take some images over the past month...here's a few;
had a visit from a friend who'd been traveling for the past 2 years.
Arties absolute favorite spot... i don't know how you can not have a sling and a baby...love it :)
Eating rice pudding often and collecting the amazing looking blue quandongs from the tree in our garden.
making a christmas tree from a dried palm flower... it eventually curled up and decorations started to drop off!
look at what happens when a 4 year old decides to face paint herself unsupervised!
replacing the palm flower tree with a dead magnolia tree branch.... much better!
Hoping you are all well and i wish to get more time to visit soon as i encourage him to sleep.... until then!!!

All in good time. I'm glad you are well, and boy, days rush by with kids. Older generations seem to agree: they usually say 'don't forget to look. One day you blink. And they'll be out and away - living their own lives'.
Enjoy. Each other. :o) Happy holidays

oh i have a babe (4 months) and a nearly fou year old - I know what you mean about disappearing and being fuzzy... i just finished a series on slowing down to try and get some peace back amidst the madness - hoo hoo! will be back for a look around...

found your blog via jodi's and have to comment because i also have a 3rd baby who is hard to settle. posted a sling photo just like yours and didn't hold back on the crying photo! flint is now 8 wks and is getting easier to settle, we have good and bad days. some days he is in the sling all day and others i put him down he crys a tiny bit then goes to sleep. i put him down pick him up pat him put him down sometimes sling him sometimes he goes to sleep - its like a dance we are learning. such a busy juggle with 3 kids, especially when someone or everyone gets sick. best of luck, love the christmas tree, might have to steal that idea too!

I really like how you didn't blog for ? a month. Congrats on being honest re what it feels like to have kids/baby etc. There is so much pressure to be everything by dumb advertisers and smiling supermums. Congrats on being human. A good role model.

Hi Miss Fliss,
How are you going there now?? Little Master Artie is so gorgeous, but determined to stay awake all day I see ((hugs)). Master Fox is a bit of a bruiser now and trying to crawl about. Would love to see you all soon. Hope things are settling (especially Art) xxx
