2 little parcels arrived in the post today from America.
The puppets are from Amy Earls at Wool and Water.
Thankyou Amy , I cant wait to put these beautiful puppets together and Oaks has already got into the mini brads!

The badges are from Somethings Hiding in Here. I love the quirkiness of these badges and already Hal wears them! There was also a suprise hiding in there....another badge, F for Fly. Thankyou Shauna and Stephen, i love your work.

Yesterday i found a bargain..... a 12 piece dinner set complete with these cups and saucers all for $10, they even go well with my handmade cups (one on right) . The set is originally from NZ and was used for many years in an old convent , so we feel very GOOD! ...when we SIP! our tea!.... HA!!
I agree with Shannon about it being hard to photograph ceramics and capture the personality of the piece.

The first Fox for Cherry Blossom Bookstore in Brisbane.

We were off line for the past 2 days while we swapped servers and it was such a strange feeling not being connected to the internet , i didn't realize i would feel so disconnected! We have had a fantastic week, very busy but alot of fun.

Completed a large wholesale order for Cherry Blossom.

Turned 32!

Had an uninvited guest pass through which was beautiful to watch...from a high distance!!

And last night we had a night out together with about 200 other's dancing to some of our favourite bands

I love this self portrait that Max has drawn . The great big smile and all the teeth! So they are starting to fall out and he has lost another one . He smiles now with a big gap and a little tounge sticking through, he also has a slight lisp , very sweet.

There are 5 Lunas and 5 penguins (3 wearing a scarf).

I love these ones with the knitted scarf, the beautiful wool is by Jo Sharp, she also has some great patterns which i am one day going to attempt...sticking with the little scarves for now!
We are waiting for a few weeks and then my photos shall be better as we buy a new camera ( birthdays coming up...Hal's and mine in the same week). At the moment i use the digital on our video camera, not the best quality!

the tooth fairy is coming

The wobbly tooth no more...another milestone today for Max as he loses his first tooth. He pulled it out at school and arrived home on the bus grinning from ear to ear with a little gap.
Now he awaits the fairy tonight with his precious little tooth stored away in the tooth box above
